Building your new home has never been easier. CKR Homes prides itself on being a quality local builder that employs quality local contractors. We have many different quality home plans that you can choose from. Alternatively, you can come to CKR Homes with your own design, and we will work with you and your individual needs to create a specific design of your own.
When building with CKR Homes, you won’t feel overwhelmed with the decision making. For instance, since you’ll work closely with Chris throughout the build, all your colour decisions don’t have to be made upfront, on signing. Chris will provide service and guidance as and when it’s required; you won’t be pressed into making all the decisions at the outset.

CKR Homes is a locally owned and operated business. The owners, Chris and Kasie Rump, grew up and attended school in South Gippsland and are raising their young family of three girls the same way.
Chris has 12 years building experience and is a 4th generation quality builder. Chris completed his apprenticeship with his father Steve Rump, who has been a quality local builder for 35 years.
